Corruption and Human Rights: Making the Connection

This is the first of two reports prepared by the International Council on Human Rights and Transparency International. It discusses where use of a human rights framework can strengthen national and local programmes, and some of the obstacles and conflicts that may inhibit effective cooperation. Global Corruption Report 2008: Corruption in the Water Sector
